Drum shearer is one of the most important equipment in coal mining face,at the same time,it can complete two tasks of coal and coal loading.The working space of the thin coal seam small,poor working conditions,high labor intensity,and the level of automation of coal mining machine is low,so the development of high degree of automation of coal mining machine is thin coal seam needed to solve the problem,this paper carried out the following work.The theory of productivity,the rate of lump coal cutting than the multi-objective function optimization based on energy consumption,coal capacity,integrated into a single objective optimization function.Through MATLAB/Optimization tool for optimization.The change of cutting depth B and coal rock solidity coefficient F,two orthogonal matching of a total of 70 sets of data,in turn,get the best matching value of the 70 sets of motion parameters.Curve Fitting tool is used to fit the function,and the fitting surface and the fitting equation are obtained.According to the fitting equation,the“MATLAB/SIMULINK" is used to establish the intelligent speed control system based on the best match of motion parameters.The vector control strategy is used to realize the fast and accurate tracking of the speed and speed.The establishment of the shearer rigid flexible coupling model based on virtual prototyping technology,the uniform design method of working mechanism of the load text selection,based on intelligent control system for n-V traction motor,motor cutting reference speed,reliability of shearer planetary frame analysis.The reliability of the shearer is proved to be the best matching scheme.The research on these key technologies provides a new idea and method for intelligent mining of thin coal seam shearer,which has important theoretical significance and strong application value.
