The total amount of steel production in China has reached the first place in the world,and coke is an indispensable raw material for steelmaking.The rising demand for coke is not only a test for China's energy reserves,but also a test for China's environmental capacity and environmental bearing capacity.The atmospheric pollutants discharged from the coke oven chimney during the coking production process are the exhaust gases produced after combustion of the coke oven gas,mainly including SO2,NOX,which are all important factors for the formation of haze.In 2018,the two National Committees proposed the goal of reducing the emissions of SO2 and NOX by another 3%.Therefore,the treatment of SO2 and NOX in the coke oven flue gas is especially important.This paper analyzes the mechanism of NOX formation in coke oven flue gas,studies the use of coke oven gas depletion technology to reduce NOX content in coke oven flue gas,and reduces the generation of nitrogen oxides from the source.The coke oven gas depletion technology is to evenly mix the coke oven gas and the flue gas discharged from the coke oven flue to reduce the calorific value of the coke oven gas,and then pass the mixed depleted gas into the coke oven standing fire to burn.At the same time,the coke oven gas depletion technology is applied to the temperature control of the coke oven fire,and the CMAC-PID compound control algorithm is used to control the vertical fire temperature control system.The combination of coke oven gas depletion technology and vertical fire temperature control system can effectively reduce the generation of thermal NOX when the coke oven gas burns.As the gas is flammable and explosive,in order to prevent accidents,the reliability level of the coke oven gas depletion system was analyzed.In this paper,the reliability of the coke oven gas depletion system based on Fault Tree Analysis?FTA?is analyzed,and the probability and importance of the failure of each component in the system are calculated and analyzed to find the weak points that affect the system reliability.To provide a reference for improving the reliability of the system.
