During the 2017 NPC and CPPCC,a representative of China Academy of Sciences Academician,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Institute of earth environment encouraged by the prime minister Li Ke Qiang has said in a statement that we should make multi-disciplinary talents work together to overcome a research project.The project is composed of the reason that how the haze formation in Northern China forms,what the trend and environmental impact are in the future and what countermeasures we should take to improve this case.According to the latest research,the nitrogen dioxide in the air with high humidity and high ammonia can promote the formation of sulfate which can result in the augment of the haze.Therefore,how to control the emissions of nitrogen oxide is an urgent problem to be solved in our country.There are nearly thousands of coke ovens in our country.Nitrogen oxides and other harmful gases are being exhausted.There are two technology methods to denitrate the coke oven flue gas,which is made up of the source control NOx and the end of treatment.The end of treatment method with low temperature catalyst spray ammonia solution was put into operation for a period of time.Owing to the high efficiency of catalyst,nitrogen oxides decreased significantly.Once the process continues to run for a long time and the catalyst efficiency will decrease,meanwhile it may cause a lot of ammonia escape,the secondary pollution and the severe haze.The main reason of nitrogen oxides formation in coke oven heating process is the high temperature caused by the combustion of air and gas in the vertical fire path,and the concentration of oxygen in the exhaust gas is higher in the high temperature area also.Little of nitrogen oxides from the furnace string leakage and inadequate combustion as well.After knowing the formation mechanism of nitrogen oxides in the flue gas of coke oven,we can adjust the control system of coke oven temperature to optimize the combustion atmosphere of coke oven,so as to achieve the purpose of controlling nitrate.In this paper,from the point of view of the source of nitrate control,on the one hand,we optimize the coke oven temperature system.On the other hand,we optimize the combustion atmosphere.Through the use of coke oven heating optimization control technology,using the straight line temperature measurement system,the temperature measurement system of coke cake surface,the fire fall management system and optimization of combustion system to detect,monitor and control theproduction process in the coke oven temperature,pressure and excess air coefficient of some important parameters.The program and control algorithm were written in SIEMENS S7-300 PLC and PC WinCC software to realize the function.So as to achieve the optimization of coke oven temperature to high standard,improving coke oven heating and horizontal heating performance.This technology can not only improve the automation level of coke oven operation,enhancing the recovery rate of coke oven products,promoting the quality of coke,but also effectively reduce the content of nitrogen oxides in the flue gas of coke oven.
