Coal as the main energy in our national economy plays an important role in the development,production of coal mine roadway,as the context in coal production plays an important role,along with the increase of the depth of coal mining,coal occurrence condition is complex,deep mining complex roof Accidents,and mortality is extremely high.Therefore,the study of deep mining complex roof variation of separation between layers,to improve coal mine production safety situation has great significance.This article from the following aspects were studied and verified.1.Roof separation means that its roadway roof just above the rocks of a certain depth relative displacement between points,when the relative displacement reaches a certain number,the lower part of the Department of rock above rock,or between the rock bolt with the deep end Clear separation between rock phenomenon.The existence of complex roof separation 4 basic types of damage: the separation and the flexural failure;shear failure;pull off destruction;squeeze flow of damage.Roof Separation of five major factors: stress,rock mechanical properties,rock structure,bolting parameters of roadway.2.By Ansys software to establish the experimental model,derived data and processing the data graph drawn with the origin software can be seen directly: Entry situ rock stress suffered by the larger,deep mining complex,the greater the value of roof separation,the points corresponding to the contact surface the greater the stress.In the bond strength,internal friction angle,roadway width unchanged,with the increase of the value of the original rock stress,deep mining complex roof layer separation point value and the corresponding contact surface of the linear stress Or curved growth trend.3.Under different conditions of deep mining complex roof structure,surface stress analysis showed that: the structure separating the middle plane tensile stress mainly caused by the law,mainly by the shear stress at both ends generated.Separation range can be used as a structural surface layer separation stability criterion,the structure surface separation range can be estimated from the numerical simulation method to determine the scope of tensile stress.
