| The occurrence status of surface coal mining is complex,which results in difficulties in optimization,such as installation of semi-stationary crushing station,arrangement of the self-moving crusher semi-continuous technology system,excavator and crusher operation mode and so on.Consequently,the research on optimization of semi-continuous technology system is urgent.The paper studies application technology of semi-continuous technology with technical difficulties as the starting point in baiyinhua No.2 surface coal mine.By system operating expenses minimum as the goal,study the determination method of the moving distance and the layout level of the crushing station,formulate optimization schemes for crushing station shift in Baiyinhua No.2 surface coal mine.Aiming at the problem that the layout of coal belt and service scope of end-slope transition belt is unreasonable.Three solutions are proposed,which are simulated mining and technical economic evaluation.The optimal layout scheme and operation mode of the semi-continuous process system were determined.Aiming at the problem that excavator and crusher loading height mismatch in coal mining self-moving crusher semi-continuous technology system,to reduce process and improve production efficiency of the system,propose the optimization scheme.Through the establishment of mathematical model and optimization method,not only provide theoretical basis and technical support to solve practical problems in Baiyinhua No.2 surface coal mine,but also provide reference for the surface coal mine with same technology and similar geological conditions. |
