Study On The Application Of Semi-continuous Process Of Rock Semi-fixed Crushing Station In Near-horizontal Surface Mines

Based on the surface mining principle,mining system engineering,technical economics and computer technology,this paper study deeply on determination of the semi-continuous system capability,and on selection and optimization of crushing station and layout,and on adjustment method of dumping belt conveyor arrangement elevation,as well as calculation and comparison studies and economic parameters of semi continuous system under the condition of near-level surface mine by means of investigation,theoretical analysis and field engineering practice.On the basis of summarizing the previous research results,firstly,the analysis and determination of the semi-continuous system capacity of the semi-fixed crushing station is studied.According to the influencing factors and the method of calculating the system capacity according to the reliability analysis,the belt conveyor parameter checking model.The method of determining the number of semi-fixed crushing stations is studied in detail,and the method of determining the number of semi-fixed crushing stations according to the number of unloading stations;The calculation model of the optimal position of the rock semi-fixed crushing station in the service block is established,and the way of the movement of the semi-fixed crushing station is sorted out.The truck is unloaded along the radial and tangential to the rock semi-fixed crushing station,two methods are analyzed,and combined with the domestic surface mine site actually gives the domestic surface rock semi-fixed crushing station shift time and transfer cost reference value.In order to solve the problem of the difference between the belt conveyor and the surface conveyor belt conveyor belt,the problem of the difficulty of overlapping,the method of reducing the leaking method and the temporary measure methodis put forward.Based on the needs of the semi-continuous process of rock offsets and the characteristics of the semi-fixed crushing station,the semi-continuous economic parameters of the semi-fixed crushing station are calculated and compared.It is suggested that the rock semi-fixed crushing station of semi-continuous application should compare the economic parameters with the same state of the shovel truck technology,outsourcing economic parameters calculation,analysis and comparison,to determine the semi-continuous process of economic effect,and economic parameters of the three kinds of process calculation model was established for quantitative calculation,comparison.In particular,the vertical reverse transport problem of surface mine truck is put forward,and the incremental value of surface transportation cost is calculated quantitatively in the vertical reverse transportation,which provides more accurate transportation route and transportation cost calculation model for surface mine.The paper also illustrated with the example of the application of semi-continuous of semi-fixed crushing station in Heidaigou surface coal mine.
