In coal production and transportation process produces a lot of dust,which cause serious damage to people's health,the normal operation and environmental pollution and so on,especially in the coal dust pollution is more serious in the system.To reduce the dust concentration of small particle size distribution of coal conveying system,the auxiliary air spray technology is used to control dust.From the dust removal efficiency and economic conditions into consideration,such as pneumatic spray has a broad scope,simple structure,little wear and tear,low operation pressure,without high pressure pump,the droplets are obtained finer,etc,so the study of pneumatic spray dusting technology is of great significance.By using Fluent software,this thesis establish mathematical model,the coal preparation plant dust emitted by feeding system and auxiliary air spray technology in numerical simulation.Using the theory of multiphase flow,the dust diffusion process and the related factors influencing the auxiliary air spray is analyzed,based on the simulated by feeding system dissipation of dust in different time is auxiliary nozzle under different air velocity and air atomization field,and to determine the best parameters of air auxiliary nozzle.Finally,the pneumatic spray dusting technique is applied to numerical simulation for the feeding system.The numerical simulation results show that the over time,the dust concentration in the feed system increase,a maximum of 524 mg/m3;Air and the greater the relative velocity of droplet,the smaller the particle diameter,droplets are broken the sharper,more uniform distribution of droplets,droplets velocity,the greater the spray Angle is larger;The pneumatic spray application Yu Datang coal preparation plant dust removal system,most of the results measured dust collection coefficient of more than 90%.
