Gold mining is a worldwide industry,covering all continents except Antarctica.Due to the thin primary ore vein,most of the gold mines in China are mined by underground workers.Rock dust,nitrogen oxides and mixed dust will be produced during drilling,blasting,shoveling,transportation,unloading and other operations in the process of gold mining.Long term exposure to such occupational hazards will affect the health of workers working underground,and the most serious is pneumoconiosis of varying degrees caused by dust.The process with the highest dust production in underground gold mines is blasting operations,followed by post blasting shoveling operations.Unlike blasting and other operations,during the shoveling operation,workers are exposed to severe dust pollution in the roadway space for a long time,and are greatly affected by dust hazards,greatly increasing the probability of contracting pneumoconiosis.So far,the dust problem during the excavation and transportation of gold mines has not been effectively solved.In this paper,the typical tunneling roadway of a metal nonmetal underground mine is taken as the research object,and combined with the actual production situation of No.3 drilling roadway of 305 exploration line in the middle section of-180 m of a gold mine in Jiangnan,the Euler Lagrange method is used to establish the discrete phase movement model,and according to the computational fluid dynamics and multiphase flow theory,the ventilation parameters of tunneling roadway of underground mines are optimized using Fluent simulation software,Determine the dust transport pattern and optimal ventilation parameters: the distance between the outlet of the air duct cloth and the palm surface is 8m,the hanging height of the air duct cloth is1.5m,the diameter of the air duct cloth is 0.4m,and the wind speed is v=10m/s.The mathematical model of spray dedusting is established by combining Euler Euler method and Euler Lagrange method.The air phase and dust phase are regarded as Euler continuous phase,and the spray is discrete phase.The Open FOAM software is used to conduct numerical simulation research on the influencing factors of spray dedusting efficiency in metal and non-metal underground mines.The conclusion is that the number of nozzles is more than 7,the spray flow is 0.1kg/s,the appropriate atomization angle and number of nozzles,and the droplet size is 20-45μm.Finally,according to the numerical simulation results and the actual production of the mine,a set of spray dust removal device was designed,and good results were achieved after it was put into use.Figure 54 Table 12 Reference 65...
