Research On The Optimization Of China’s Ecological Governance Path From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

After the founding of New China,the Communist Party of China and the leaders of the country led the people of the country in their efforts to develop the economy.At the end of the 1980 s,they solved the problem of food and clothing for more than a billion people.Then,at the end of the 20 th century,China entered a well-to-do society as a whole.However,pursuing economic development too quickly will also have some negative consequences.For example,the increasing depletion of resources and environmental pollution threaten the health of residents.Fortunately,in recent years,our country’s leaders have become increasingly aware of the importance of ecological governance.In 2012,the construction of ecological civilization was elevated to the height of the national strategy.Since then,the intensity of ecological governance has increased.Through ecological governance,our country’s ecological environment has been partially improved,but on the whole,the contradiction between population,resources,and the environment is still outstanding,and the behavior of environmental pollution and ecological damage has not been effectively contained.The main reasons for the problems in China’s ecological governance are: the top-level design is not perfect;the government fails in the ecological governance;the enterprises do not perform environmental responsibility;the non-governmental environmental organizations have limited effects;the public’s ability to participate in ecological governance is not strong;Poor collaboration.Under the guidance of the concept of ecological civilization,how to better carry out ecological governance is the focus of this study.As developed countries have implemented effective ecological governance earlier than ours,their successful experience is worth learning and drawing lessons from.The author introduced the successful experiences of the ecological governance of the United States,Japan,Germany and Israel respectively.Finally,after considering the practical problems and practical experiences of ecological governance both at home and abroad,the author proposes measures to optimize the ecological governance path in China.That is to improve the top-level design,strengthen the cooperation between the various ecological governance entities,adhere to the law to promote ecological governance and to promote ecological governance in Germany.
