Research Problem For The Shearer Of Ranging Arm Fault Diagnosis

At present,the domestic coal production and sales of more than 3 billion tons a year.Followed by a large number of coal production equipment.Large number of coal production equipment used in production of coal winning machine by the growth speed is fast,but it followed the plenty of spare parts consumption,because the equipment is imported,mostly in the field of maintenance and repair personnel are scarce,and often is according to the guidance of the supplier for repair and maintenance,suppliers in order to benefit,often exaggerate equipment problems and consequences,for economic interests and eventually wasted a lot of cost and manpower.The rocker is one of the most important parts of coal winning machine machine body,usually around coal mining machine machine body has two rocker arm.Can the two rocker arm and stable work,is one of the main production of coal mines stability factor.Shearer rocker at runtime to its internal gear and bearing in operation will produce regular vibration,through the vibration of down holes equipment to collect the runtime data form the map,through the analysis of the scientific and effective.Under the premise of without dismantling the rocker determine the development of equipment failure or judgment fault,so as to achieve ultimate goal-the rocker arm of shearer fault diagnosis.Through the rocker arm of shearer fault diagnosis technology can determine the running status of equipment,in according to the equipment running status to arrange daily maintenance or production,can reduce the daily cost and the cost of repair,ensure the safe operation,to avoid because of the environmental damage caused by the equipment failure and other harm,to prevent other sudden failure,can work continuity.Enterprise directly or indirectly bring economic benefits is the ultimate goal.In this paper,the main research contents and results were as follows:(1)by improving the vibration of the collector connection way,make it no longer from or shift,ensure the accuracy and success rate of vibration measurement data.(2)through the real experiment results to verify the accuracy of the vibration analysis.(3)with the appropriate measurement point increase or decrease,change the measurement cycle to reduce the cost of measurement.
