Study On The Temporal And Spatial Differentiation Of Ecological Civilization Construction In Henan Province

Correctly judging the level of ecological civilization construction and its evolutionary characteristics is of great significance to promoting the construction of ecological civilization.On the basis of expounding the connotation of ecological civilization,this article analyzes the related factors of ecological civilization construction from the perspective of time series,spatial differences and relevance.Combining with the actual construction of ecological civilization in Henan Province,an evaluation index system for ecological civilization construction in Henan Province was constructed,and weights of the selected indicators were corrected using the tomographic analysis method supported by entropy technology to establish a grey relational model for Henan Province 2005-2016.During the year,the level of ecological civilization construction was evaluated longitudinally.Based on this,the use of nuclear density estimation,natural discontinuous point classification in Arc GIS 10.4,cluster analysis in SPSS,grey correlation analysis and correlation analysis in SPSS software explored Henan.The dynamic changes in the construction of provincial ecological civilization.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In the period of 2005-2016,the overall ecological civilization construction in Henan Province is still in the preparation stage.Its average level index is 0.557,and the average annual growth rate is 3.67%.There are obvious regional differences in the construction of ecological civilization in Henan Province.The ecological civilization in Luoyang,Zhoukou,Nanyang,and Anyang grew rapidly;although the ecological civilization in Henan Province as a whole continued to rise and maintained a good momentum of growth,cities with a high degree of ecological civilization index were polarized between cities in Henan Province.Progress was better than that of lower cities;during the research period,ecological protection and eco-economy index increased,while the ecological status and level of eco-culture construction lags behind and development is slow.(2)The analysis of spatial differences shows that although the overall ecological civilization in Henan Province is gradually increasing,the regional differences in the ecological civilization status in Henan Province are significant,showing the characteristics of the southwest and low Northeast region;cluster analysis can divide 18 cities in Henan into three Types: First category: Xinyang;Second category: Sanmenxia,Nanyang,Zhengzhou and Zhumadian;Third category: Pingdingshan,Zhoukou,Luoyang,Shangqiu,Xinxiang,Xuchang,Luohe,Anyang,Fuyang,Kaifeng,Jiyuan,Hebi and Jiaozuo.(3)The two subsystems of ecological protection and ecological economy have a greater impact on the ecological civilization in Henan Province,with a correlation of 0.90 or more.While strengthening the ecological status and improving ecological culture in the future,we should focus on ecological protection and ecological economy;The analysis found that the evaluation indicators are closely related to the ecological civilization index of Henan Province,among which the ratio of environmental pollution treatment investment to GDP,the ratio of good days for urban air quality,the proportion of tertiary industry to GDP,and the harmless treatment rate of domestic garbage The correlation with the ecological civilization index of Henan Province is above 0.87;greening and resource conservation have a significant impact on the ecological status quo of civilization;infrastructure and personnel training have become the focus of changes in the ecological cultural index,while industrial development,new industries and environmental pollution control The leading factor in ecological protection and ecological economy.(4)The forecast shows that the ecological civilization of Henan Province entered the intermediate stage of ecological civilization in 2024,and the comprehensive index of ecological civilization reached 0.8.In 2028,it entered the advanced stage of ecological civilization,and the comprehensive index of ecological civilization was above 0.9.
