The Influence Willing Factors Analysis On Agricultural Waste Recycling

The establishment of agricultural sustainable development mechanism is an important mission of China's "three rural" problems,and also an important task to realize harmonious coexistence of human and ecological environment.Due to the large population and huge amount of resources,the waste generated by agriculture in China every year becomes a major problem to be solved urgently.A large number of livestock and poultry,crop straw and agricultural products,pesticide packaging waste litter row not only pollute the environment,reduce the air quality,a great threat to the ecosystem balance,and for causing so much trouble to human production and living,harm to people's health,affect human well-being.Therefore,how to make the best use of these wastes is one of the hot issues that scholars and the public are concerned about.Firstly,this paper analyzes the factors of farmers' willingness to use agricultural waste resources,and describes the individual characteristics of farmers mainly from the basic characteristics of farmers.Household characteristics of peasant households(family income,family resident population,housing structure and family background,etc.);Farmers regional characteristics(terrain features,whether to have the new rural construction,economy,suburban location,traffic conditions,reform of rural power grids,water,etc)for farmers in areas of social and economic characteristics is described.In the empirical analysis part,this article USES the "one to one,face to face" household interview survey method,through questionnaire item inquiry data,and establish the Logit regression model,gradually eliminate not significant variables in the process,so as to finally determine the will of farmers agricultural waste resource utilization factor.Angle according to the results of empirical analysis,can from the following angles are proposed: one is that the government should establish a superior and effective external environment,the formulation helps to encourage farmers to use of biomass energy policy.Such as economic incentive policies,preferential tax policies,financial support policy,etc.,and timing of waste energy knowledge lectures,form a complete set of relevant technical guidance and training,create conditions for farmers involved in actual waste recycling.Second,enterprises should expand the scope of information sharing,the enterprise should be regularly between aspects of communication and on-site investigation on the spot,complement each other,each other efforts on science and technology innovation at the same time,increasing the technology content of waste,create a better technical support for the agricultural waste recycling while increasing biomass,the degree of marketization of enterprises;Third,people should be laid on the cultivation of the public consciousness of waste recycling,can improve the general public to bionass cognition,so as to expand the scope of waste recycle,the advantage of biomass energy and the environmental protection consciousness gradually instilled in the general public..
