Sustainable Design Of Baby Stroller Products

Infant stroller is an indispensable commodity in the process of children’s growth,and plays a vital role in the healthy growth of children.With the growth of children’s age,the demand for children’s stroller is changing.At the same time,with the gradual enhancement of people’s environmental protection concept,the rational use of resources and the protection of ecological environment has become the theme of the times.Infant products industry as an important part of China’s market economy,plays an important role in the healthy growth of children and economic development.At present,most of the baby stroller in the market has single function,short use time,high idle rate and serious waste of resources.The sustainable design of baby stroller products meets the requirements of the development of the times.It is of great significance to save resources and promote the sustainable development of baby stroller products industry.Sustainable design is a design method to extend the life cycle of the products,but also on children’s diversity requirement for effective method of rational design,an important aspect,while the market demand and consumer purchase intention is also in the process of design for this purpose,this paper combines the research methods of theoretical research and practical research combination.First of all,based on the theory of sustainable design,this paper makes a field survey and questionnaire survey on the physiological and psychological characteristics of infants,the purchase decision and psychological demands of consumers.Through in-depth investigation of infant stroller products,the main problems of baby stroller products in the market are found,and the development trend and consumer demands of infant stroller products are analyzed and summarized;Secondly,the integrated use of theoretical knowledge of ergonomics,humanization design,design methodology,materials science and so on,in the premise of considering environmental protection,safety,comfort,convenience,ease of use and many other factors,the product design,material selection,structure design,color collocation and function design of the system settings;Finally,through the full consideration of the baby stroller in the process of the use of various conditions,summed up the baby stroller product sustainability design elements and methods and strategies,and completed the design practice.The baby stroller in the design has the following characteristics,easy disassembly and assembly,flexible transformation,according to the age of the baby changes,continuous structural adjustment,meet the needs of different age stages,extend the life of the baby carrier;green environmental protection,can be recycled.In this paper,the research method of combining infant stroller product design with sustainable design concept is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of baby stroller products industry.It provides a new design concept and research ideas for infant stroller product design.
