The coiler is the last working process of the hot rolled strip steel production line,so the quality of the product is directly affected by the technology.The core of the coiling control technique is tension control.In order to ensure that the strip steel has a good curly shape,it is necessary to improve the control performance of tension control system.On the basis of the scientific theory and field data,this paper builds a virtual coiler simulation system.Based on the vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor,analyzing the relations between the each torque in the coiler tension control system and establishing the mathematical simulation model to optimize the coiler control system step by step.In order to improve the performance of the motor control system,a new type of sliding mode controller is added to replace the traditional PID controller.The method adopts the new type of constant speed reaching law to design speed regulator and current regulator.implements for speed and current double closed-loop feedback control of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system,and in reducing the chattering phenomenon of sliding mode control method,which improves the performance of vector control system.In order to avoid a real environment using sensors to bring inconvenience,designed to model reference adaptive no sensor vector control system,the system has been can realize to the motor speed and position tracking.Through collecting the on-the-spot feedback and real-time data,each moment of tension control system model is established.And the inertia moment is a time variable?hich is greatly influenced by roll diameter and motor speed.Optimizing its mathematical model,the system can realize inertia torque compensation under the different thickness of strip steel.Actual data in the coiling speed and coiling torque is analyzed,the data curve according to time can be classified into several stages,each stage in the form of piecewise function is constituted as input data of the simulation system,to prove the motor control system of the coiler can be used by the virtual coiler simulation system.The simulation system based on the vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor can be applied to education institution,research laboratory and other places.The research and application of virtual coiler avoid the influence of the environmental factors on the research work and education activities.reduce the expenditure,and also improve the efficiency of research.
