Polystyrene(PS)is a colorless,odorless,non-toxic,corrosion-resistant solid with good processing fluidity and it is one of the most widely used plastics.However,polystyrene is also a brittle material.If it can be made into polystyrene,it is a way to improve its flexibility.Therefore,the electrospinning technology was combined with the preparation of polystyrene film to prepare a nanofiber film with good air permeability and moisture permeability.By using the excellent water repellency of polystyrene,a functional thin film material capable of achieving unidirectional wetness was prepared,and its application in personal protection,medical care,and the like was developed.In this paper,polystyrene is used as the raw material,and the electrospun fiber is deposited on the surface of the hydrophilic material by electrostatic spinning technology to form a hydrophobic layer film,so that the prepared composite film has a moisture gradient in the vertical direction.Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the micro-morphology of the films prepared by electrospinning to investigate the concentration of spinning solution,the solvent of spinning solution,the voltage of electrospinning,the rotational speed of roller,and the propulsion speed of polymer solution.The mechanism of monotropic moisture was analyzed,and the effect of polymer solution properties and electrospinning process parameters on the unidirectional wet performance of the composite membrane was further explored.Through the performance test of the unidirectional wet composite membrane,a series of optimal process parameters were obtained.In order to optimize the performance of PS/PET composite films prepared by electrospinning,it is better applied in various fields.Polyurethane is introduced into the PS/PET composite film to modify the composite film so that the fiber film has better flexibility and tensile properties.By adopting the most extensive method of blending and blending,a certain amount of PU fibers with good resilience and mechanical properties are mixed in the electrospinning film to achieve the purpose of modifying the performance of the electrospun PS/PET composite film.The spinnability of co-and blended PU-modified PS/PET composite films was studied,and the influence of the process parameters of the two different modification methods on the properties of the resulting composite films was investigated.In the various chapters of this paper,the single-guided wet film prepared by different spinning methods was selected and the performance of the composite film was selected to compare the performances of the system.It was concluded that the single-guided wet film with the best performance was used in this experiment.Spinning modified PS-PU/PET electrospinning composite membranes,whether monotropic wet performance,mechanical properties,resistance to acid and alkali properties or flexibility are the best performance of the composite membrane obtained by all preparation methods.
