Research On The Protection Of Farmers’ Ecological Rights Under The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization Construction

Since the new period,the Party Central Committee has proposed a new layout creatively.The proposed new layout has changed the content of the people’s rights and interests.The content of the people’s rights and interests has expanded from economic rights,political rights,social rights,and cultural rights to ecological rights and interests.The emergence of ecological rights and interests has made the ecological environment develop from a neutral concept into a valuable concept.Farmers’ ecological rights and interests are the basic rights for farmers to survive and develop,they are the basic rights for farmers to enjoy in a balanced way and they are the values of rural ecological environmental protection.There are certain internal relations between protecting farmers’ ecological rights and the construction of ecological civilization.On the one hand,in the perspective of ecological civilization,ecological civilization construction not only opens a new chapter in protecting the ecological rights and interests of farmers,but also provides theoretical guidance for protecting farmers’ ecological rights;On the other hand,farmers’ ecological rights and interests are protected to promote the construction of ecological civilization,to meet the basic demands of farmers,to acceleate the transformation of traditional productive forces,to increase the enthusiasm of farmers,and to inject new impetus into the construction of ecological civilization.At the same time,the protection of farmers’ ecological rights and interests is also an important way to achieve sustainable development of the rural economy and promote the strategy of rural rejuvenation,creating good economic and ecological benefits for farmers.However,due to the policy guidance of rural ecological environmental protection in China,lack of leadership,legal construction,and social support,farmers are unable to enjoy rich natural resources,high-quality ecological environment,due ecological compensation,and unable to participate in the construction of ecological civilization.When the policy guidance is insufficient,we must use Marxism in China’s urban-rural ecological integration theory and green development theory as practical guidance to implement the implementation of ecological compensation policy.When leading cadres are not acting,they must adhere to the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party,learn from the party’s successful experience in managing the party strictly,strengthen the supervision of the discipline within the party,and strengthen the ideological construction of party and government leading cadres.When the protection of the rule of law is weak,we must promote the legalization of ecological rights,persist in governing the country according to law,and establish a protection system for and establish a protection system for legislation,law enforcement,justice,and compliance with the law on ecologica rights.When social support is weak,it is necessary to guide the participation of social forces,pay attention to the masses,exert the power of mass participation,and establish professional social organizations.
