Gear transmission is widely used in the transmission and transmission of all kinds of mechanical equipment.It is an imminent problem to improve the machining precision and processing efficiency of the gears,and reduce the manufacturing cost of the machine tools and processing cost of the gears.Compared to the general gear honing machine,the new non-axial feed gear honing machine described in this paper has the following advantages: the clamping error of the gear machining is eliminated by the simultaneous grinding of the tooth surfaces on both sides of the gear;The honing wheel with 45 steel matrix is processed by turning.And it is electroplated with CBN coating on the surface.It can reduce the manufacturing difficulty and manufacturing cost;The honing wheel adopts the double involute worm configuration to forced honing gear to eliminate the theoretical profiling error;the double servo motor is used to control the two worm-type honing wheel,which simplifies the transmission mechanism and the decelerating device to significantly reduce the use-cost and the maintenance cost in the later period of the machine tool.In the process of honing gears,the control system needs linkage control for the two motor.This paper mainly focuses on the study of the control technology of the machine tool,and adopts the combination of multi-axis independent motion control card and dual servo motor to complete the main hardware connection of the machine tool control system.The further programming development of the motion control card can satisfy various motion requirements for gear manufacturing on the machine tool.Controlling the motion control card to implement different control strategies can make the machine tool control system to meet the higher requirement of synchronization precision in the synchronous grinding state,and complete the changed phase control operation of two motors that can solve the feed operation of the machining process and correct possible errors in honing process.The research work of this paper is as follows:1.The working principle and movement form of the new non-axial feed gear honing machine are described.At the same time,the mechanical performance analysis of the machine tool is carried out to ensure that the vibration,deformation and noise produced by the work process of the machine tool will not have significant influence on the control system.2.For the motion features of machining operations of the machine tool,a two-axis control system with strong practicability is designed.And the selection and the electrical connection of the hardware are completed.According to the different actions of the machine tool,the corresponding control strategy is proposed.3.The mathematical model of AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motor is established.The control system model of double AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motor is established by Simulink.The control precision of double AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motor control system is analyzed by simulations.The theoretical support for adjusting internal PID parameters of permanent magnet synchronous servo motor driver is offered.4.Restoring to Visual Basic6.0 software development platform,the control software program of machine tool is designed,and the control software program is measured and debugged.At the same time,the software program is used to control machine tools to complete the simulation experiments under various working conditions of machine tool honing operation,including no-load synchronous start-stop test,no-load synchronous test,no-load variable angle test,load synchronous start test,load synchronous test,variable phase angle experiment of load,synchronous experiment of load variation,collecting experimental data for analysis.The experimental data is collected for analysis.5.In view of the control system of the new-non axial feed gear honing machine tool,the instruction of the machine tool is written,and the processing steps of the machine tool control system to hone gears are introduced.
