The Research Of Non-coal Mine Resources Exploitation Safety Risk Management In Jilin Province

According to the work safety accidents that happened frequently and easily as well as the current situation of safety management in the process of non-coal mine mineral resources exploitation in Jilin Province,the use of mineral resources are noneffective and unsafe.To research how to take strict precautions against the major types of accidents and the mechanical staff reduction along with the theory of risk management,this paper mainly elaborates that the methods and theories about how to raise the safety management level in the process of non-coal mine mineral resources utilization efficiently.By analyzing and expounding the exploitation and utilization of non-coal mine mineral resources in Jilin Province and the current situation of safety management,we can establisment the thinking of research methods.With the background of non-coal mining enterprises,we can use the methods of theoretical analysis combined with pilot experiment to reflect the feasibility of the viewpoint and the practical applicaiton effects of the paper.By researching,we can put forward measures and get the strategy of how to handle the problems that are suitable for the safety management in the process of noncoal mine mineral resources exploitation in Jilin Province to build a systematic risk management and control model of this process,and then,to ensure the situation to be better persistently and stably.
