In order to find out the hidden trouble of mine ventilation system in advance,and to make the mine ventilation system more safe,efficient and economical,this study established a preliminary index system including 20 indicators by merging,deleting and adding 858 indexes in 54 literatures through literature precipitation method.At the same time,the preliminary index system is based on the relevant national standards,which is based on the relevant national standards.Through the correlation analysis of the index system,we found that KMO>0.7 and Bartlett spherical test value<0.001,the index information overlap.In this study,the author use factor analysis method to reduce the initial index system,and to eliminate the redundant indexes with small load factor.The index system of mine ventilation system is composed of 5 indexes,including the following 16 indexes.This index system includes two new indexes which are standard degree of mine windage resistance and fan operation reasonable degree.In this index system,we offer the specific calculation formulas of the reasonable degree of resistance distribution in three zones and the stability coefficient of running fan etc.In order to optimize the scheme of the mine ventilation system,this study creates the AHP-(W)RSR evaluation model by combining the analytic hierarchy process AHP and weight rank-sun ratio(W)RSR.Applying the created index system to the AHP-(W)RSR evaluation model,we can choose the optimal transformation scheme.This thesis takes the reformation of ventilation system in Sihe mine as an example.We use the established index system and AHP-(W)RSR evaluation model to optimize the schemes include 6 categories and 20 kinds of schemes,and finally determine the optimal solution of scheme 6.This result is consistent with the field application proving the method is feasible and universal.At the same time,this method provides a new idea for the optimization of mine ventilation system.
