Research On Influencing Factors Of Environmental Governance Performance

The environment is the condition on which people depend for their survival.Environmental quality is an important factor that affects human activities and production.Environmental issues are common problems faced by people all over the world and across countries.Environmental issues are both a realistic historical issue and a nationalized global issue.China’s environmental governance began in 1978.Over the past 30 years,China’s environmental governance efforts have gradually increased.Although environmental protection has made positive progress,the severe environmental conditions have not changed.The discharge of major pollutants exceeds the carrying capacity of the environment,and river sections that flow through cities are generally polluted.Many cities have serious air pollution.The severe environmental situation has become a serious obstacle to China’s implementation of the scientific development concept and building a socialist harmonious society.In recent years,China’s population will continue to increase,resources and energy consumption will continue to grow,and the pressure on environmental management will increase.Although efforts have been made in environmental governance,such results still appear.This is a profound reflection of the fact that environmental governance cannot meet the requirements of active development.In this paper,data from Guangxi’s environmental governance were obtained from the“China Statistical Yearbook” and the “Guangxi Statistical Yearbook” from 2005 to 2016.After analyzing and calculating,the performance of environmental governance in Guangxi from 2006 to 2015 was also selected.The four indicators of Guangxi’s per capita GDP,secondary industry development level,fiscal decentralization level,and urbanization development level use Excel software to analyze the relationship between these four indicators and environmental governance performance.The article is divided into five parts.In the introduction,the research background,research significance,research methods,research content,and the framework of the essay are expounded.Using the literature analysis method,the domestic related literature is combed.Based on the research literature,the hypothesis of research hypothesis and the theoretical model of the influencing factors of environmental governance performance were proposed.Next,the analysissoftware is used to empirically analyze the factors affecting the environmental governance performance.The results show that the regional per capita GDP has a positive impact on the environmental governance performance,the secondary industry development level has a negative impact on the environmental governance performance,and the fiscal decentralization level There is a negative impact on environmental governance performance,and the level of urbanization has a negative impact on environmental governance performance.Finally,based on the research results,the article proposes governance measures to provide targeted suggestions for the improvement of environmental governance performance,and has certain practical significance for improving environmental conditions.
