Smog,air quality level is more and more low,make countries have introduced a more strict environmental standards,of coal-fired power plant emissions standards continue to improve,in order to achieve super clean emissions,this paper combined with practical work in the baotou third power plant 300 mw wet electrostatic precipitator(also called WESP)transformation of research,the equipment can significantly improve the dust absorption rate,the emission of smoke concentration is not more than 5 mg/m3,coal-fired power plants in the future super net emissions of profound and important significance.In turn to the related literature at home and abroad,this paper introduces the working principle and characteristics of wet electric dust,made the gas treatment process of science,and analyzes the influencing factors of wet electrostatic precipitator dust removal effect.Comparative analysis of the disadvantages of the metal materials at home and abroad,puts forward using non-metallic corrosion resistant resin base dust collecting pole,has good conductivity,high strength,good resistance to acid corrosion performance and low cost advantages,USES the high quality stainless steel as cathode materials,has a discharge performance is good,not easy to break deformation and corrosion resistance,etc,to solve the traditional wet esp materials on the main problems.In this paper,the latest high-efficiency power supply technology is studied,which can be used to deal with the complicated flue gas environment,and avoid electric field breakdown and arcing,so as to ensure the efficient and stable operation of electric field.Analyzed the baotou third power plant flue gas composition,and puts forward corresponding solutions to different ingredients,on the basis of the overall design the baotou third power plant 300 mw wet electrostatic precipitator retrofit scheme,after transforming the emissions of smoke concentration is not more than 5 mg/m after.The application of this technology can bring good environmental benefit,social benefit and economic benefit to the enterprise.
