With the constant development of economy and society,the human demand for energy is growing.Although emerging energy is booming,fossil energy is still the mainstream.At present,oil and gas exploitation on land has been for many years and its technology has been very mature.However,the oil and gas resources on the surface can not meet the huge demand of mankind.Therefore,various countries have experienced energy crisis in varying degrees.The shortage of oil and gas resources will inevitably affect the production and living of human beings so people look to the ocean,especially the deep-sea oil and gas resources.Since entering the 21 st century,the competition for oil and natural gas resources in various countries has become more and more intense.Since the 1950 s China began to study the exploitation of offshore oil,which lasted nearly 60 years after the developed countries.Due to the technology blockade imposed by developed countries on China,there is an urgent need for independent research and development of deep-sea oil and gas exploration equipment.Valves are one of the key equipment for offshore oil and gas exploration and play the role of connecting underwater manifolds and wellhead devices to ensure the safety of subsea oil and gas exploration systems.High pressure ball valve,opening and closing quickly,underwater production system has a wide range of applications.Deepwater ball valve service in the deep sea harsh conditions,its design requirements,design methods and ordinary ball valve vary widely.In this paper,the structure and working principle of deepwater ball valve are researched,and the overall design of deepwater ball valve,the design of ball valve wall and internal structure,the design and checking of key components,the selection of ball valve material and the anticorrosive technology are completed.The arrangement of the flange bolt group and its force analysis,the strength check of the joint surface of the valve cover and the middle flange;the mathematical model of the deepwater ball valve is established,the virtual prototype design of the deepwater ball valve is completed,Mechanical properties of the simulation and analysis to simulate the actual force of deep-water ball valve service situation,the hydrostatic ball valve assembly static simulation and analysis of the total ball valve deformation and the equivalent stress distribution results show that the structural strength of the ball valve to meet the design requirements The research on mixed fluid medium in the course of ball valve closing,thetype of corrosion caused by gas-liquid two-phase flow inside the valve body and its reason were analyzed.The fluid field model inside the ball valve was studied and described.Field mathematical model;Established the ball valve in the closure process of the ball valve four different opening fluid domain model The simulation and analysis of the four fluid field models of deepwater ball valve are carried out.The simulation results of flow pressure,turbulent kinetic energy and erosion rate verify that the strength of the ball valve meets the design requirements during opening and closing,and through the gas-liquid two-phase flow pair Ball valve corrosion situation,put forward the ball valve optimization design;the working status of the deepwater ball valve multiphysics coupling research,deepwater ball valve service environment exists in the thermal fluid-solid coupling field,the completion of the thermo-hydro-mechanical coupling numerical analysis,the establishment of A multi-physics coupled mathematical model was established to simulate the multi-physics field coupling of the deepwater ball valve.Based on the simulation results of internal and external pressures,overall deformation,stress and strain,the strength of the deepwater ball valve was verified and the structure of the deepwater ball valve Optimize design.
