With the exploitation of offshore oil from shallow to deep sea,underwater equipment demand increasing,while water valve,as a kind of underwater pipeline and other media control device of underwater equipment,its reliability is of great significance to the safety in production of crude oil.The ball valve is the first choice for underwater valve with its low pressure drop and high reliability.Because for subsea production equipment research relatively late in our country,and has long been the foreign monopoly,independent development of offshore oil produced serious conditionality,so far our country has not yet been relatively perfect technology for its localization.However,the existing underwater ball valve in foreign countries has its own shortcomings,so this project chooses the deep-sea ball valve to carry out research.The design of DN300,PN250,and working water depth of 3000 m is applied to the failure of the deep-sea pipeline,which is composed of the ball valve body and its control system.Adopt single-acting actuator with a reset spring,the ROV drive with hydraulic drive of ball valve opening and closing operation was conducted respectively,underwater control module within the oil return skins as pressure compensation device,can realize the actuator mounting pressure balance;Using the compound electro-hydraulic control system for remote control,the two three-way electro-hydraulic directional valve can realize self-locking while realizing the oil circuit reversing.Through the research and analysis of the working process of the deep sea ball valve at home and abroad,the main structure of the deep-sea ball valve is designed according to the characteristics of the deep-sea ball valve and the relevant standard of the underwater equipment.ANSYS Workbench was used for strength and tightness analysis.The deep-sea ball valve control system is designed according to the motion,and focuson the hydraulic circuit research.The design of actuator,calculation and selection of hydraulic components are included,and AMESim software is used to analyze the operating conditions of hydraulic system to verify the rationality of the design.Using ADAMS software,the 3d model is simulated and analyzed to obtain the curve of the torque characteristic and the motion law of the deep-sea ball valve,and the results can meet the requirements of the design of the underwater pipeline valve.
