At present,the environmental and resource problems are becoming more and more serious,which petrochemical wastewater is an important factor to aggravate environmental damage.It is an important topic that fully develops wastewater treatment technology and efficiently achieve the goal of treatment of wastewater in petrochemical industry.The research purposes of this paper is reconstruction of wastewater treatment system in a Petrochemical Industries Co in Liaoning.By analyzing the existing problems in the existing sewage treatment,this paper researched the reason and the way to replace the A/O+MBR process with original system.At last,this paper tested the effect of A/O+MBR in the actual process.This paper tested the treatment of COD,NH3-N,the SS,the turbidity and other pollutants by the reformed wastewater treatment system,and contrasted the relative indexes before and after the technological transformation.It proved that not only the discharge standard can be reached,but also the water quality standard of circulating cooling can be met by reforming the wastewater treatment system.At the same time,the system shows that the treatment effect is very stable and it can achieve the desired results.This paper studies the practical application of A/O+MBR process in petrochemical wastewater,and it adjusted the optimum operating parameters.It proves that the effect of wastewater treatment by A/O+MBR process in petrochemical industry has been greatly improved,especially in the aspects of environmental benefits,economic and social benefits.It provided technical guidance and specific examples for the practical application of A/O+MBR process in wastewater treatment of petrochemical industry.
