In the chemical industry,coal-water slurry has a lot of advantages as a clean fuel and chemical production of raw materials.The comprehensive utilization of coal is conducive to saving oil and other scarce resources.Using coal-water slurry as fuel and raw materials is conducive to environmental protection.Coal clean gasification technology is the basis of today's coal chemical industry.Coal pulping process as a coal chemical industry chain in the front-end process,the requirements of high reliability,while the pulp technology is the most innovative technology,one of the fastest changing technology.Therefore,to increase the coal pulping process and technology research and development and application of the coal chemical industry has a positive role in promoting.The traditional coal-water slurry production process include the mechanical grinding of coal block,adding water and additives,and then by the rod mill grinding into coal-water two-phase flow slurry.The distribution of different coal quality during the pulping process,the distribution of the particle size and the use of the additives have great influence on the slurry ability,viscosity and concentration of the coal slurry.In this paper,the slurry characteristics of lignite and long flame coal were analyzed from the analysis of coal quality and the adjustment of coal blending.The pulping test was carried out by the ratio of the two,and the ideal pulping effect was achieved.The high concentration coal slurry was prepared by high pressure homogenizer in the laboratory,and the characteristics of high-concentration coal slurry and graded grinding coal slurry were analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two were found,and the blending experiment was carried out proportionally.At last,ideal high quality coal slurry were obtained through the blending test data analysis.Combined with the principle of bimodal gradation,the particle size distribution of coal water slurry is adjusted,and the proportion of microparticles in coal water slurry is improved by using graded grinding technology,which can improve the rationality of particle size distribution and play the effect of coal slurry enrichment.In this paper,the stability test of Tianjin Shuangsheng Company naphthalene additive and Weinan lignin additive were analyzed.The two-line additive was tested at the same time.The additive can not only improve the coal slurry concentration but also reduce the viscosity of the effect,which meet the requirements of high quality coal slurry.In this paper,the relatively high quality coal slurry were obtained by the coal quality analysis,coal blending test analysis,high concentration of coal slurry laboratory preparation and quality analysis,high concentration of coal slurry and rod coal slurry blending test analysis and a series of studies.And the high-quality coal slurry compound additives were also successfully obtained by further through the analysis of additives to reduce its viscosity index,which improve the stability of high-quality coal slurry.Adding subline in the technological route of the coal slurry production has been optimized to the ratio data of two coal slurry.
