Study On Prohibition And Comprehensive Utilization Of Crop Straw In Northern Anhui

At present,China is still an agriculture-based country.The annual straw produced by agricultural production is about 700 million tons.Among them,wheat,rice,soybean,and other crop straws accounted for a large proportion.With the development of all aspects of rural development,rural residents began to use natural gas,gas,etc.as combustion tools.As a result,the straw has lost its past use value and was thrown into the field indiscriminately.As a result,not only was a waste of biomass resources,but it also caused great harm to the rural environment.The massive waste of crop stalks is essentially due to the lack of understanding of the value of straw utilization.Therefore,in-depth exploration of a new way of comprehensive utilization of crop stalks is the key to revitalizing the straw comprehensive utilization industry and achieve efficient utilization of straw resources.At the same time,it can better protect the environment and protect people’s health.The total output of crop stalks in China is very large.Currently there are many kinds of straw comprehensive utilization programs.The most common ones are straw fertilizer,energy,base material,feed,and straw machinery returning.However,they have not conducted an in-depth analysis of their comprehensive utilization efficiency,and have not considered whether the existing straw comprehensive utilization model is reasonable and whether it is suitable for the local conditions.Moreover,there is no economic benefit analysis of the corresponding straw comprehensive utilization scheme,which makes people stay in a blind state for a long time in the selection of straw utilization scheme.This article through a large number of surveys and literature review,collecting the status of comprehensive utilization of straw in foreign countries and China,and comparing the similarities and differences.The development of new technical methods for the comprehensive utilization of various straws is analyzed to obtain the most suitable solution.This dissertation takes systematic,typical and concise scientific principles as principles,and comprehensively considers the establishment of straw comprehensive evaluation index system.The core of this paper is to collect the current status of straw resources and its utilization in Huaibei City.SWOT analysis of straw comprehensive utilization program in Huaibei City shows that the current straw utilization plan in Huaibei City is straw returning,straw power generation and straw feed.The evaluation index system for comprehensiveutilization of straw was established,and the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were combined to compare the three options.Finally,the straw utilization program most suitable for the current Huaibei City was calculated and calculated.
