| The anti-seepage performance of the outer capsule of the silicone rubber prosthesis has always been one of the most important factors for its safety.This experiment uses phenyl silicone rubber with a rigid group to improve the anti-seepage property of the material.At the same time,the nanoscale structure of the organic MMT filler is used to prolong the movement path of small molecules in the polymer,improving the anti-seepage property of the material.The silicone rubber prosthesis material with high impermeability and biocompatibility is obtained,and the experiment is divided into three parts.1.A systematic characterization and comparison of two kinds of phenyl silicone rubber with different content of benzene have been carried out.It is found that the higher benzene content makes the glass transition temperature of the silicone rubber increase,the movement ability of the molecular chain weakens,thus it has better anti-seepage performance,and is verified by the liquid resistance experiment.And we also use medium phenyl silicone rubber 120-2 to prepare the impervious composite material.2.Using the three methyl sixteen alkyl ammonium bromide with antibacterial and biocompatibility,the MMT was modified organically,and the nano clay powder was obtained by vacuum freeze drying.Compared with the pre modified MMT,it was found that the OMMT has been successfully grafted with quaternary ammonium salt group,the hydrophilicity of the MMT is decreased and the spacing of the layer is increased,and the organic modified filler with good dispersion has been successfully prepared.3.MVPQ/OMMT composites were prepared and their structural and mechanical properties were analyzed.The OMMT obtained good dispersion effect in the phenyl silicone rubber,and the polymer molecular chain also intercalated into the clay layer.With the addition of OMMT,the crosslinking degree of the material decreased slightly as well as tensile properties,but the tearing performance was greatly improved.At the same time,the material had good biocompatibility and the best anti permeability performance was achieved when 20 OMMT was added. |
