Physical-chemistry properties and basic sintering properties research shows that,the grade of Peru raw ore is lowest,SiO2 content,alkali metal content and S content is higher,minimum assimilation temperature and liquid phase fluidity index is higher.The grade of Peru coarse ore is lower,SiO2 content is lower,minimum assimilation temperature and liquid phase fluidity index is lower.The grade of Peru fine ore is highest,SiO2 content,alkali metal content and S content is lowest,minimum assimilation temperature and liquid phase fluidity index is lowest,the average particle size is smallest.The sintering pot tests with addition of Peru raw ore show that:the product rate of sinter,the productivity of sinter,the Turn index and the RDI of sinter improved;but high ore proportion of Peru raw ore will reduce the iron grade,increase K2O+NaO content and S content of sinter.Comprehensive consideration of Peru raw ore in sintering process,the sinter metallurgical properties and the influence of alkali metals in blast furnace,the Peru raw ore controlled around 5%is more appropriate.The sintering pot tests with addition of Peru coarse ore show that:the iron grade of sinter,the Turn index and the RDI of sinter improved;the S content of sinter increased;if the proportion of Peru coarse ore higher than 3%,the Turn index and RDI of sinter decreased.Comprehensive consideration of Peru coarse ore in sintering process,the sinter metallurgical properties and the influence of environment,the Peru coarse ore proportion controlled around 3%is more appropriate.The sintering pot tests with addition of Peru fine ore show that:the iron grade of sinter,the size distribution of sinter improved,the Turn index and RDI of sinter much better than before;but high ore proportion of Peru fine ore will reduce the product rate of sinter,the vertical sinter speed,and the productivity of sinter,the S content of sinter will be much higher than before.Comprehensive consideration of Peru fine ore in sintering process,the sinter metallurgical properties and the influence of environment,the Peru fine ore proportion controlled around 7%is more appropriate.
