This paper put forward the planning of single point material containing iron basic sintering properties and sintering ore blending scheme for Jinxi iron and steel Group Co.,LTD.The physical and chemical properties were studied in sintering properties of 8 kinds of iron ore powder by means of laboratory simulation experiment and classified.Found through experiments: FMG mine,low silicon India powder and high silica powder in India have fine water absorption,the maximum of it is up to 26.71%,so,workers could improve the suitable moisture content of sintering mixture.Low silicon India powder has low iron contentcrystal,only 60.34%,its water content is about 2.64%.High iron grade is above 63% in Brazil powders with high melting point but poor assimilation performance,it is not conducive to the production of liquid phase and bonding phase in the sintering process,so,the suitable moisture content of sinter mixture could be reduced.The assimilation performance of high silicon India powder is better but the iron content is only 54%,so,it is not conducive to improve the sinter iron grade.Erxuan iron content of the iron ore is higher than 66% but with poor water absorption,high ratio is not conducive to improve the mixing process of sintering mixture.Iron containing vanadium titanium iron content is up to 65.64% but with poor water absorption,the suitable moisture content of sinter mixture reduced.FMG ore's characters are high in melting point and good assimilation performance,it is conducive to the formation of liquid phase bonding phase in sintering process.The vertical sintering speed increases while fortescue ore in sintering mixture ratio increasing appropriately,sinter yield and the utilization coefficient of sintering be improved.The sinter yield elevated,cold be strengthed and RDI of sinter and melt-dropping property improved.But high fortescue mine match would reduce sinter yield and utilization coefficient of sintering,reduction desintegration properties at low temperature and mechanical strength would be worse.Considered comprehensively,the ratio of FMG ore should be controlled within 20% in Jinxi iron and steel Group Co.,LTD.
