Steel sintered flue gas contains a lot of SO2,NOx,heavy metal and dioxin,which seriously affects the environment and human health.At present,most sintering flue gas treatment is desulfurization and low coverage.The sintering flue gas denitration is still in its initial stage.It is difficult to meet the national pollutant limitation regulation.in-depth study on activated coke synergy purification of pollutants,and design using flue gas circulation process reduce the smoke gas,and efficient recycle of sinter waste heat for heating activated coke regenerator,which can reduce the scale of activated coke gas purification equipment.Two typical adsorbents of active coke and activated carbon were studied.The efficiency of desulfurization and denitration of active coke and activated carbon samples were studied by using a fixed bed reaction system and flue gas analyzer.The effect of thermal regeneration on the efficiency of desulfurization and denitration of active coke and activated carbon was studied.The experiment uses iron ore powder and coal powder as raw materials in 920?heating to simulate the process of sintering smoke.The active coke was analyzed by industrial analysis,elemental analysis and morphology analysis.The experimental results showed that the removal performance,mechanical strength and thermal stability of active coke were stronger than activated carbon.The desulphurization efficiency of the active coke decreased slowly and then recovers.The reason may be that the adsorption of pollutants at the beginning is mainly physical adsorption process.And the pollutant molecules are stored in large,middle holes.As the adsorption time increases,the physical adsorption becomes saturated.So the desulfurization efficiency drops slowly.Then the adsorption state of SO2,oxygen and water react.And further diffusion into the micropore.So the desulfurization efficiency goes up.Denitration efficiency is stable.The reason may be that the NO concentration is low,and the NO adsorption is more complete by active coke.So the change in NO concentration is not obvious.Thermal regeneration can improve the adsorption performance of active coke.With the increase of the regeneration times,the removal efficiency of pollutants is first raised and then lowered.
