| Over many years,the application practices in various enterprises both at home and abroad indicate that Six Sigma management is a kind of scientific management concept and management philosophy.It enables enterprises to continuously find the problems in production process,improve the management capability,meet customers’ different needs,and bring about enormous economic benefit for enterprises.With the development of economic globalization,a large number of domestic enterprises have realized the value of Six Sigma management.They have brought in and carried out Six Sigma management,and have achieved favorable effects.This paper takes Shougang Cold Rolling Plant as the research object and cold rolling acid regeneration process as the research and development project,and it carries out in-depth exploration of the application of Six Sigma management in engineering project management.The research content of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part studies the research status of Six Sigma theory at home and abroad.The second part uses the theoretical analysis method to study the theoretical basis of Six Sigma and the process of improving the implementation process.The third part analyzes the operating condition of cold rolling acid regeneration process in Shougang Group,and it points out the problems and reasons before process optimization,and then it analyzes the applicability and feasibility of Six Sigma management in acid regeneration project.In the fourth part,the percent of pass of iron oxide powder in cold rolling acid regeneration in Shougang Group was studied by using Six Sigma process improvement tool.This paper combines Six Sigma management with total quality management,and screens the key factors influencing the percent of pass of iron oxide powder by employing the knowledge regarding statistics and management.It conducts design of full factorial experiment for three key impact factors concluded from the analysis,including burner temperature,air-fuel ratio and spraying value.Then it seeks the best control condition,the burner temperature controlled at 660°C,spray flow control in 90-95 LPM,the air-fuel ratio control between 7-7.5,and iron oxide powder passing rate can achieve the goal.After the process is improved,the operation flow is cured and an effective product cost control system is established,which has practical application value and provides reference for similar manufacturing enterprises. |
