With the adjustment of the agricultural structure and the change of the consumption pattern of the residents in China.The market of fruit and vegetable in our country presented the positive development situation which the supply demand are both prosperous.Fruit and vegetable logistics activities are becoming more and more frequent.The problems of the distribution of fruits and vegetables are particularly prominent.Facing enormous environmental pressure,green logistics has gradually become a hot topic in the field of logistics research.Meanwhile,based on the particularity of distribution goods,there will have great loss in distribution.Vehicle routing problem is the main means of logistics system optimization.Through rational allocation of logistics resources,we can effectively reduce carbon emissions,loss of fruit and vegetable agricultural products and logistic cost and provide customer satisfaction.Therefore,the problem of vehicle routing optimization with time window constraint on carbon emissions is studied.The important research work and achievements of this paper are as follows:Firstly,a systematic analysis of vehicle routing problem with time window constraint for fruits and vegetables logistics considering carbon emissions are carried out in this paper,and clear the definition,components,considerations and optimization objectives of the problem.At the same time,based on the exist research results domestic and abroad,established the econometric model of carbon emissions,and introduce the mechanism of carbon tax,which turned carbon emissions into the carbon tax cost,and constructs the index speed deterioration of fruits and vegetables loss cost function.On this basis,a general description and related assumptions of vehicle routing problem with time window constraint for fruits and vegetables logistics considering carbon emissions are presented,and an optimization model of distribution cost as objective function is constructed.Secondly,aiming at the complexity of the model,we choose genetic algorithm to solve it.In order to avoid premature convergence of traditional genetic algorithm,we improve the initialization stage and selection operator stage,and design the improved genetic algorithm.Finally,the model and the genetic algorithm designed are solved by the MATLAB programming with the aid programming,obtaining optimal vehicle scheme by solving calculation examples,and validation the correctness of the built model and the designed genetic algorithm program.Through the simulation analysis of the improved genetic algorithm,the carbon emission factors and the time window factors,it is verified that the improved genetic algorithm is very applicable for solving the complex model,and the math constraints between the targets and the impact on the distribution scheme are verified,and the validity and practicability of the model and algorithm are proved.This paper extends the research of traditional vehicle routing problem,which can provide important decision support in low-carbon transport for the fruit and vegetable distribution enterprises.
