With the development of modern logistics to information, globalization and integration, distribution plays an important role in the entire logistics system. In the face of energy and environmental pressure, green logistics has gradually become a hot topic in current social research. The rationality of the logistics route will directly affect the enterprise cost and the ecological environment. Therefore,a well-designed vehicle route plan can not only enhance customer satisfaction with the logistics and distribution links, but also reduce the company's distribution costs and eco-environmental energy. This dissertation focuses on the mathematical model and algorithm for the optimization of the integrated logistics route considering the carbon emission and time window constraints. The research work mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Extending the basic model of the traditional vehicle routing problem to At the same time, the delivery and pickup of the integrated vehicle routing problem is based on the analysis of the effects of carbon emissions and soft-time window constraints on the integrated model;(2)the path of the integrated vehicle is clearly defined. The constituent elements, objectives, and influencing factors of the optimization problem were analyzed, and the calculation methods for carbon tax cost and time window cost were analyzed. In consideration of various factors such as the fixed cost, transportation cost, carbon tax cost, and time window cost of distribution vehicles, the The lowest integrated delivery cost is the mathematical model of the objective function;(3)The improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the mathematical model for the characteristics of the integrated model of the research and delivery of this study;(4)The combination of a dairy company in Hangzhou Logistics distribution data is solved using the improved genetic algorithm designed in this paper and finally passed The performance of the algorithm, distribution model, sensitivity, carbon emissions impact, and time window impact were analyzed in depth to arrive at a conclusion, demonstrating the rationality and effectiveness of the optimization model and algorithm. In summary, the study of integrated logistics routes considering carbon emissions and time-window constraints is in line with the requirements for the sustainable development of contemporary green logistics, and at the same time it has a wide range of fields such as cargo distribution and recycling, express delivery services, and reverse logistics in distribution centers. The application prospects and research value.
