The study of continuum structure topology optimization can provide direct guidance for improving structural performance and reducing structural self weight and so on,so as to achieve cost savings.In recent years,it has become an important research direction in the field of structural optimization,its theories and algorithms are still in the immature stage.This paper makes a research on the topology optimization of multiphase continuum structure.Firstly,the SIMP interpolation model is used to optimize the structure.And the range of the value of the penalty factor of the SIMP interpolation model is determined by the analysis of the optimization results.Next,establish a multiphase material interpolation model based on generalized SIMP interpolation model.The effect of the collocation between different materials on the target function is obtained,through the optimization analysis of the cantilever beam structure.The influence of different loads on the structure optimization is obtained,through the optimization analysis of the simple supported beam structure;the influence of the element size on the structural optimization results is obtained,by changing the size of the structural unit;and the law of internal force transfer is found,according to the distribution of multiphase materials.Then,in order to meet the actual needs of the project,the empty units is introduced in the initial design domain.By optimizing the cantilever structure which include empty elements,the optimization results are analyzed,and the influence of different locations,shapes and sizes of void elements on the optimization of shape and objective function is obtained.And the void element is introduced into the structural optimization of different types of cable stayed bridge towers.Finally,multiphase material continuum structure optimization is applied to bridge structure optimization,and the optimization analysis of arch bridge is carried out.The different optimization results are obtained by changing the type of material,the type of load,the ratio of material and so on.
