Abrasive flow machine tool is widely used in machining complicated inner hole and cavity.In this paper,according to the working requirements of the existing abrasive flow machine tool,a grinding machine control system with perfect function and stable performance is designed.The core of the system is the Siemens Simatic programmable controller and the Simatic KTP1000 Basic color PN touch screen.The whole system consists of control module,signal input module,signal execution module and display module.The control module consists of Siemens PLC and its modular conversion module,to realize the accurate control of the signal processing level;The signal input module mainly has temperature sensor pressure sensor,and it collects and monitors the working status of the abrasive flow machine.The signal execution module includes a series of electromagnetic relays,voltage stabilizer,solenoid valve,Frequency conversion motor,according to the output signal of PLC to make a series of action accordingly;The display module is the core of human-computer interaction,the Man-machine interface with KTP1000 as the core provides the graphical interface,which facilitates the operator to set the parameters of the machine tool,monitor the machining process and solve the malfunction.This paper mainly describes the design and realization of the control system based on PLC and HMI,mainly including PLC program design,Man-machine interface program design,reliability analysis of the circuit based on the machine tool,simulation operation and field debugging.This paper is divided into following parts.This paper first introduces the development of abrasive flow,the status quo at home and abroad,the development of control technology and the development of programmable controller,and summarizes the human-machine interaction.Secondly,after determining the machining principle and motion process of abrasive flow machine,an appropriate motion control scheme is selected.On this basis,the hardware is calculated and selected.Then,based on the static error control method,we compile the PLC program.And use PID control to realize the control of the solenoid valve;according to the principle of human-machine interaction design,we completed the design of HMI interface.After evaluating the reliability of the control system,the appropriate system backup scheme is selected,and the possible hardware faults are analyzed and prepared.Finally,the hardware and software debugging and on-site debugging of the laboratory were completed,and the results were evaluated.Through the research and analysis,this paper realizes a machine tool system with complete function,stable performance and reliable operation,which realizes the functions of automatic monitoring,process parameter setting,PID parameter setting,data synchronization and so on.At last,the production efficiency is improved,the operation mode is simplified and the operation error is reduced.
