With the continuous innovation in China's industrial in the world's field,it has significantly promoted the rapid development of China's precision processing and manufacturing industry.The precision processing industry has stricter requirements in processing accuracy.It is difficult for the traditional processing methods to guarantee the high-precision..The abrasive flowing machining technology can well solve the problem of low machining accuracy caused by traditional machining methods.Abrasive flowing machining is the surface of workpiece processed by the abrasive flow machine through the mutual extrusion and flow of the abrasive.This technology is suitable for the precision and ultra-precision machining of curved surfaces,micro holes and complex holes in various workpieces.In order to explore the stability,rapidity and accuracy of the control system of solid-liquid two-phase abrasive flow nozzle grinding and polishing machine tool,the corresponding PID(proportional,integral and differential)controller is used for control,the neural network theory and the classical PID control algorithm are combined to design the self-tuning single neuron PID controller,the learning rate of PID parameters is obtained by simulation results.The adaptive fuzzy PID controller is designed by combining fuzzy control theory with classical PID control algorithm.The PID parameter increment value is obtained according to the simulation result.The self-tuning single neuron PID controller,adaptive fuzzy PID controller and classical PID controller are used to simulate the pressure and flow during the processing of abrasive flow machine.Through the simulation results,when the abrasive flow machine is processed according to the pressure mode,the control system should use the self-tuning single neuron PID controller.When abrasive flow machine is processed according to the flow mode,the control system should select the adaptive fuzzy PID controller.In order to carry out the processing test of the solid-liquid two-phase abrasive flow nozzle grinding and polishing machine control system,the MCGS configuration software is used to monitor the processing process of the abrasive flow machine,and the PLC main control program is completed.Processing tests are divided into pressure mode processing and flow mode processing.By analyzing the test results,it is shown that under the control of PID,the solid-liquid two-phase abrasive flow nozzle grinding and polishing machine control system can better control the system output deviation so that the control system has with certain stability and accuracy,at the same time,the rationality of designing self-tuning neuron PID controller and adaptive fuzzy PID controller is verified.In order to further improve the reliability and controllability of the control system of the solid-liquid two-phase abrasive flow nozzle grinding and polishing machine tool,theoretical guidance and technical support are provided.
