Study On Environmental Supervision Of Pollution Sources In Baotou

Ecological Environment is the basis for the existence and Development of Human Society.Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has been growing rapidly,but it has also been accompanied by excessive consumption of resources and deteriorating environment.The Development Model of "pollution first,treatment later" has led to serious environmental problems such as air pollution,water pollution,soil pollution and garbage pollution in China.In the 13 th fiveyear plan,China has made clear that it is necessary to strengthen comprehensive environmental governance and promote comprehensive prevention and control of multi-pollutants.It can be seen that in the process of ecological environmental protection and ecological civilization construction,the importance of environmental supervision of pollution sources is obvious.However,according to the investigation and research data,there are many problems in the current environmental supervision mode of pollution sources.At present,in the environmental supervision of pollution sources,there are some problems in our country,such as the decentralization of the professional functions of pollution source supervision,the lack of unified pollution source database,the incomplete disclosure of information,and so on,which result in the government’s environmental supervision is weak and inefficient,and the responsibility is not in place.Therefore,how to strengthen the environmental supervision of pollution sources and build a better environmental supervision system is a severe challenge to the protection of ecological environment at present.This paper takes Baotou City of Inner Mongolia as the research object,applies the theory of public management,adopts the method of literature research and field investigation to analyze the environmental quality problems of Baotou City from the present situation of pollution.This paper also analyzes the current situation of pollution source environmental supervision,points out the existing problems and causes of pollution source environmental supervision in Baotou City,andputs forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions.It is of practical theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the environmental protection and pollution source supervision in Baotou city.It also provides some guidance and reference for the local environmental pollution supervision mode.
