Because of the characteristics of corrosion resistance,heat resistance,wear resistance,high strength,high stiffness and light weight,the composite materials have been widely used in various fields.With the development of technology,the technology and equipment of composite material molding become various,and the control of process parameters of the composite molding process is put forward.In high prestressed and performance of the winding products production,high tension control and high precision control are particularly important.A good tension control system can significantly improve the comprehensive performance of composite materials.Based on the analysis of research methods of winding tension control machine,I have designed a set of fiber winding tension control system,which realizes the fiber winding process of high tension loading and high precision control.Production application showed that the system operation is stable and reliable,at higher tension applied control process can ensure the coordinated control of the magnetic powder brake and control process without local spin and magnetic powder brake heating uneven phenomenon.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.The design of a fiber winding high tension exerting mechanism.I use four magnetic powder brake to apply tension step by step,which avoid the relative slippage between fiber and afterburner and reduce the injury of fiber.2.According to the characteristics of the tension system,I Use Gearshift PID control strategy which improved the anti disturbance ability of the tension control system,and can meet the high precision requirement of the tension control system.3.Put forward two method of tension distribution and evaluation under the two constraint conditions:safety factor of sliding safety and the safety factor of equal moment.The two tension distribution and evaluate the control scheme is designed according to the specific parameters of the two constraint conditions and tension system,that is,the slide safety coefficient of the tension distribution of torque safety coefficient checking scheme and safety torque tension coefficient distribution slide safety coefficient checking scheme.The two scheme can exert control high tension with the maximum stability and maximum service life of equipment.4.The calibration method of tension sensor is analyzed.Sensor calibration scheme is designed and sensor calibration module is developed.5.To analyzed the characteristics of the tension signal in filament winding process,the median filter and arithmetic mean filter are designed.A tension detection filter module is developed.6.On the basis of the above research,using MFC software developed the tension control system which have the set including tension real-time signal detection module,a tension display module,tension control module,controller parameter configuration module,output control allocation module and so on.
