Research On The Policy Of Smog Control In Zhengzhou City

Smog has caused a lot of troubles in China in recent years,and even "haze changes".It affects people’s travel,endangers people’s health,and also has bad influence on our international image.Therefore,we cannot allow the haze to continue to deteriorate,and the passive "waiting for the wind" can not solve our current predicament.Only by taking the initiative to govern,can the haze be dispersed.Zhengzhou is the capital of henan province,and is also an important transportation hub in China.The traffic and health problems caused by haze are not only affecting people’s life,but also restrict the development of urban economy.Therefore,the policy of haze control in zhengzhou is very important.In recent years,the Zhengzhou Municipal Government has issued policies such as the "Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution in Zhengzhou City" and the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Fireflies in Zhengzhou City" in response to the serious situation of smog.We have made policy restrictions and standardized measures to reduce pollutant emissions,promote the upgrading of the energy structure,establish monitoring,emergency and early warning mechanisms,introduce penalties and accept public supervision in various areas in Zhengzhou,and achieved certain results.However,there is still room for improvement in the formulation,implementation and legal education of smog management policies.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,significance,research objective,domestic and foreign research review and research methods.The second part expounds the concept and theoretical basis of haze control policy.The third part summarizes and analyzes the smog management policy in Zhengzhou city,expounds the implementation of each policy,its advantages and disadvantages,analyzes the factors that affect the policy formulation,and affirms the outstanding results achieved in the implementation of smog management policy.The fourth part analyzes the problems in the formulation and implementation of haze control policy in zhengzhou city and the defects in the policy of education.The fifth part is the developed countries and China’s urban and regional haze management policy experience for reference,from the United States,Britain,London,Beijing and Taiwan in the fog haze governance policy experience,analysis the feasibility of the policy for reference.The last part is the sixth part in view of the above mentioned fog governance policies,give corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the hope to zhengzhou city haze governance policies to provide some feasible Suggestions.
