As a follow-up product of the sewage treatment,the sludge highly concentrates pollutants in the sewage,including a large number of harmful chemical substances,pathogens,heavy metals,etc.About 80% of the lack of proper disposal sludge in China,and it has caused great harm on environmentally and humanly healthy.Therefore,sludge treatment and disposal have become one of the important factors constraining urban development.At the same time,the management and disposal of the growing sludge has become one of the major environmental issues in China.In this paper,mushroom residue and corn cob as the conditioning agent,the use of biophysical drying technology,respectively,were small and pilot experiments to study mushroom residue and corn cob drying sludge biological physical efficiency,focusing on the effects of different conditioners and different mass ratios on the sludge drying process were discussed.The heating capacity,the effect of water removal,the stability of organic matter and the change of organic matter components of conditioner were analyzed.By combining the mathematical model with the actual data,intuitive expression and discuss the main factors affecting the sludge drying process.In order to solve the problem of mushroom residue and corn cob in the sludge treatment to provide new ideas for the ecological environment protection,resource conservation,solid waste disposal methods to provide technical guidance.Small experiment: set six treatment experiments,conditioning agent is mushroom residue,corn cob and mixture,the ratio is 2:1 and 1:1.In different conditioner and different ratios,to explore the temperature,water content and organic matter changes.The results showed that:(1)When the ratio of sludge to conditioning agent was 2:1,the maximum temperature of No.3 treatment reached above 65?,the duration of treatment was short,and the ratio of water cut of No.3 treatment was 37.19%,the mixture as a conditioning agent to achieve good treatment effect;when the sludge and conditioning agent ratio of 1:1,the water content of No.6 treatment decreased by 32.46%,the maximum temperature reached 58.6?,the mixture as a conditioning agent is conducive to the drying process;(2)The addition of conditioning agent for the mushroom residue,the No.4 treatment sludge and mushroom residue ratio of 1: 1 have a better treatment effect;added conditioner when the corn cob,the maximum treatment temperature of No.2 was 69? and the water cut rate was reduced by 30.29%.Therefore,the ratio of sludge to corn cob had a good treatment effect at 2:1.When the conditioner was mixed,the water content of the No.3 treatment is reduced by 37.19% and the maximum temperature is 66.5?,so when the ratio of sludge to mixture is 2:1,the best effect can be achieved;(3)As a whole,the maximum temperatures reached respectively by No.2 and No.3 are 69? and 66.5?,and the water content of both is reduced by more than 30%,while the No.3 treatment is as high as 37.19%.Therefore,No.2 and No.3 drying treatment effect is very good.(4)By the comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the effect of drying,showing that the No.3 treatment got the highest score is 47.87 points,which was 14.38 points,indicating that the choice of conditioner is a mixture,sludge and the conditioner ratio is 2:1,the most suitable parameters for sludge drying treatment.Pilot experiment: set up three treatment experiments,conditioning agent mixture and mushroom residue,the ratio of 2:1 and 1:1.In different conditioner and the different ratio of agents,to explore the temperature,moisture content and organic matter composition changes.The results showed that:(1)Among the three treatment experiments,the mixture added in experiment No.7(sludge and conditioner ratio of 2:1)reached the highest temperature(73.9°C),and reached the longest duration at 55°C,and the sludge drying effect was better when the mixture(2:1)was used;(2)The final moisture content of the three treatment experiments was 39.99%,38.40% and 39.20%,respectively,and both of them were reduced below 40%;(3)In the whole process,the content of organic matter did not change much in general,but the change of organic matter composition was change obvious.Through the analysis of gray relational degree model and redundancy analysis model,the main influence factors on temperature and moisture content are discussed.The results showed that:(1)The main influencing factors of temperature were hemicellulose and water soluble matter;(2)The main influencing factors of water content were crude oil and hemicellulose;(3)The main influencing factors of compound factors were hemicellulose,water-soluble matter and crude oil.
