This project is based on the research task of Jincheng Science and Technology Plan Project,“Research and Development of Viscoelastic Damping and Buffering Devices for Coal Mine Tunnelling Machines”.In view of the problem of loss of vibration in the heading motor control cabinet,the electric control box system of a certain type of heading machine is taken as the research object,and the mechanism of vibration loss effect is analyzed.A series of theoretical and experimental researches are carried out.The purpose is to develop a new type of viscoelastic damping device to enhance the anti-vibration level of key parts of the roadheader,thereby improving the reliability of key components and enhancing the durability and high efficiency of the entire machine.The main research content:(1)Considering the influence of eccentricity on the vibration of the electric control box caused by the uneven distribution of the electric control box,a mathematical model of the electric control box system under the eccentricity condition is established according to the differential equation of the vibration.The precise integration method is used to solve the problem and it is applied.SIMULINK software simulates and analyzes the vibration situation of the electronic control box for different eccentricity values under different working conditions.(2)Taking into account possible installation errors during the installation of the electric control box and its vibration isolation device,establish a mathematical model of its simulation,the electronic control of the electronic control box system under different working conditions,when the installation error changes.The vibration of the box was simulated and the variation of the vibration with the installation error was obtained.(3)According to the relevant requirements of the project,a new type of multi-layer tubular damping isolator was developed,and a real-vehicle test was conducted on an electric control box system equipped with a new type of tubulardamping buffer device and the original EA type buffer device,and a new type of damping device was compared with EA type buffer device vibration isolation capability.The research results can provide a certain theoretical support for the vibration loss caused by the existence of eccentricity and installation error in the electronic control box,and provide new research ideas and methods for vibration isolation and noise reduction of the electronic control box and other key parts.
