With the rapid development of China’s economy,the people’s living standard has also been greatly improved,especially in the wear and more consideration of comfort and body fitting,shoes are the daily necessities of people,a good pair of suitable shoes not only protect the health of the foot,but also make people wear comfortable.Human beings are entering the information age.Computer vision is widely used in various fields,especially in the field of manufacturing applications,in the field of inspection and medical diagnosis,and even in the field of artificial intelligence.Three dimensional reverse engineering based on computer vision has also become a hot issue in the research of social science.Due to the high efficiency and precision of 3D reconstruction of line structure light,it is becoming more and more popular to make shoe last in private custom shoe last based on line structured light to measure the foot model.More and more people begin to customize the shoe last and the spirit of the shoe.The soul lies in the shoe last.The shoe last is the key process of making shoes.Making a good shoe last is the prerequisite for making a pair of shoes.The last manufacture of the last shoe was made by the manual master scale to measure the size of the foot,and then made the shoe last according to the size.However,manual measurement is not only of low accuracy,but also of low efficiency.The line structure optical vision scanning measurement system can help the shoemaker to complete a lot of work quickly and accurately.It can effectively shorten the whole period of the shoe making,and it is a non-contact measurement.Compared with the traditional manual measurement,it has obvious advantages.It can reconstruct the three dimensional map of the leg position above the ankle,so that women’s boots can be customized and the boots for people in cold areas can be customized.The hardware part of the line structure optical scanning measurement system consists of line structured light scanning platform,line structured light emitter,image fine camera and so on.The line structured light scanning platform is responsible for controlling the lifting of the camera and the laser.The camera is responsible for collecting the structure lightscanning image on the foot and reconstructing the foot through the image processing technology.The 3D model of the Department is further optimized by reverse software,and a more ideal foot 3D model is obtained.This private shoe last customization platform is simple,fast and efficient,with high accuracy,which can meet the requirements of shoe last production in the market.This paper will design the shoe last 3D measurement device based on line structure light vision based on the system requirement of shoe last customization,and then design the measurement scheme according to the designed structure and the principle of line structure light measurement.At the same time,it also introduces the phase machine calibration method and the center extraction of laser stripe used in this experiment.Take the algorithm.Then the experimental device was used to measure the foot,and the characteristic parameters of the measured foot model were extracted.The extracted feature parameters were compared with the manual extraction parameters to verify the accuracy of the measurement.
