Robots replacing manual manufacturing and assembly have become an important direction for shoe manufacturers to modernize.With the rapid development of robotics,it has become simple to replace humans in action execution,but key issues such as flexibility and diversified production still need to be resolved.In recent years,the development of machine vision technology has made up for the defects of mechanical automation in many aspects,and realized more flexible,accurate and efficient intelligent processing and manufacturing.Shoe manufacturing and assembly involve multiple processes.Among them,glue spraying and assembly are the most important link,and it is also the link with the most manual operations.The introduction of robots and 3D machine vision technology can realize the intelligent and flexible manufacturing of the shoe industry,replacing manual production and improving product quality and benefits.Based on the production and assembly scenes of slippers,this article researches laser line scanning system,image processing,feature extraction,three-dimensional matching,robot pose guidance,etc.according to actual production requirements and shoe body characteristics.Finally,provide machine vision solutions for the intelligent manufacturing of the shoe industry.The main research contents include:(1)Analyze the actual requirements of the glue assembly and related parameters,and design the hardware composition and acquisition methods of the 3D image acquisition module based on this.Then,the related factors affecting the image quality of the laser line scan method are studied.According to the actual production scene and the attributes of the shoe body,the algorithm is optimized and designed,including the adaptive determination of exposure parameters based on pixel statistics,the optical center extraction algorithm and noise processing,etc.,to achieve the true restoration of the depth and curvature of the shoe body contour information.(2)The principle of camera perspective projection,the internal parameters of the camera and the system structure parameters of the line structured light 3D measurement module are explored.Then the camera model parameters are calibrated,and finally the shoe body assembly line system is calibrated by hand and eye and tool coordinates according to the principle,and perform error analysis on system calibration data.(3)Research on the image processing method of glue feature extraction: the feature point extraction effect based on 2D image SIFT algorithm is analyzed,and the method of glue feature point extraction based on three-dimensional feature matching and positioning and enhanced template matching based on edge feature is proposed.The rapid positioning and precise extraction of the glued feature points are realized.(4)According to the shoe glue assembly process,combined with the shoe body feature positioning and extraction algorithm,the software system is designed.Trial tests are carried out on the 3D vision-based shoe body assembly line,and the actual verification of the relevant algorithms of the software and hardware platform is carried out to reflect the efficiency,flexibility and practicability of the platform...
