| CNC machine tools system replacement using the modification of old CNC machine tools,retains the good machine parts and main function parts,replacement of CNC system,adjusts the machine tool parameter optimization,implementation of the original machine tool technology upgrading,and satisfies the demand.The purpose of this study is that through the study of Siemens and HNC numerical control system function and characteristics of the realization adopts Siemens numerical control system to replace the former HNC system,focus for replacement after the retrofit scheme of hardware and software,using technology to realize each function of system after the change.In this paper,through the use of the existing CNC milling machine status evaluation,combined with the domestic research of CNC machine tool technology reform,determine the replacement to numerical control system,according to the using demand replacement original numerical control system adopts Siemens numerical control system.Firstly,the parameters of the two CNC systems are studied and the whole replacement scheme is designed.To design the electrical transformation scheme,it relays the machine tool control line and completes the system hardware connection,and to increase the photoelectric coupling between system and drive circuit,it meets different system components and the signal input and output port levels requires,makes the system and drive link,matching parameters,solves the problems after t he replacement of hardware compatibility;then set the system’s servo parameters,matches the servo and drive,and completes the setting of servo and position feedback and spindle position control parameters.The automatic tool changing system is added to complete the control parameter setting and realized the automatic tool changing function of the machine tool.Measuring equipment is used to detect machine tool precision,adjusted machine clearance and modify system compensation parameters,reduced error,and restored machine tool machining precision.Secondly PLC module for connection,reconstructed trapezoid diagram,abrupt stop,lubrication,cooling liquid,hand-wheel control,lubrication etc.subprogram,it implements a new system of the auxiliary function of CNC machine tools control,the transformation of system software part after displacement is completed.And also the machine parameters,PLC parameters,servo,etc.are set up and on-line debugged,which realizes the normal operation of the machine tool after the replacement system.Finally,since the diagnosis of CNC machine tools with the user setting alarm function,and the system parameters backup archiving,is advantageous for the machine tool fault diagnosis and system failure data recovery.Through the sample test,the use of three coordinates measuring instrument to test the sample processing size,the test results show that all the test data of the sample are qualified,indicating that the new system after replacement reaches the standard and meets the transformation requirements. |
