This subject comes from a large polysilicon production enterprise with an annual output of 60,000 tons of high-purity polysilicon project.In the process of polysilicon production,the reduction furnace is used as the production vessel,and a large amount of dangerous by-product gas will be produced in the furnace.Therefore,this thesis studies how to realize the full automation of starting and stopping replacement of the reduction furnace,and the specific research contents are as follows:(1)Study and analyze the technological method and technological process of the start-stop replacement of the reduction furnace and whether the automation can be realized.(2)Study and design software and hardware based on EPKS system and complete system architecture(3)Designing the automatic replacement program for starting and stopping the furnace and conducting automatic verification,and studying and comparing the replacement effect.Based on the automation system of Experion Process Knowledge System produced by Honeywell Company,the author designs a set of hardware from operation station,controller,I/O card,network and so on,constructs the hardware structure of EPKS system,and then completes the configuration and flow chart drawing of control point,by using the Builder control strategy configuration software and the HMI Web Display Builder drawing software.According to the procedure of automatic replacement of start-stop furnace,the automatic program is designed by using the module of SCM(Sequential Control Module)in Control Builder control strategy configuration software.Through the function of the monitoring window of the configuration software,the program is simulated successfully,then the actual operation experiment is carried out,and finally the replacement effect is achieved.
