| With the development of economy and people’s pursuit for a better life,the concept of environmental protection,green,safety is deeply rooted in the minds of the people and the continuous improvement of the laws and regulations,environmental protection coating has wide application in all fields.The waterborne polyurethane conformed to the requirements of strict environmental protection also showed excellent mechanics and mechanical properties.It was widely used in food packaging,medical equipment,household decoration,leather finishing and other public areas,so the synthetic water-borne polyurethane industrial is developing very fast now.In addition to waterborne polyurethane with excellent mechanical properties,the development of waterborne polyurethane with special functions will undoubtedly expand its use range and meet the application needs of different applications.The pathogenic microorganism is still a global issue which caused the plague in the middle ages and typhoid and flu in morden age as an endangerfor human safety.Therefore,the research and development of waterborne polyurethane with antibacterial properties show great scientific significance and practical value.Click chemistry has been highlighted by researchers due to its high efficiency,fast,mild reaction conditions and other characteristics.In the dissertation r,a small molecule clicks glycol chain extender DAz D with functional groups was synthesized and introduced into the synthesis of water-brone polyurethane.Then,a structured antibacterial water-based polyurethane containing five replace guanidine TMG – Al in the side chain was prepared via click chemistry as a connection strategy.The Antibacterial tests showed that when the mass fraction of TMG-Al wt = 5%,its antibacterial rates for E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus both reached to 99.9%,the bacteriostatic ring type test showed non-leaching for structural antibacterial film while as antibacterial agents blended film with remarkable leaching performance.DSC and TG curves showed that the thermal properties of polymer films were improved.In the dissertation waterborne polyurethane was synthesized by self-emulsification methodand a range of synthesis parameters such as pre polymers reaction time and temperature,R value of hydrophilic extender chain agent,neutralization degree on the influence of latex particle size,storage stability were discussed.It was found that the reaction temperature at 80°C,reaction timeas 6 h,DMPA mass fraction as 6% of WPU resins,neutralization degree of design as 95% and the R value as 1.2,water-based polyurethane for leather finishing with optimalperformance can be obtained.Furthermore,a broad-spectrum antimicrobial-hexahydro-1,3,5(hydroxyethyl)-s-triazine(TNO)as was introduced into water-based polyurethane as crosslinking agent according to the synthesis route described above.Antibacterial tests showed that when the mass fraction TNO wt = 3.30%,the film showed remarkable ability to kill the S.aureus and E.coli and showed improved properties on the water resistance,solvent resistance and thermal stability.The adhesion and aging test showed slight change when compared with the reference sample.The film showed good application prospect in the field of leather finishing industry. |
