Catalyst plays a very important role in the modern chemical industry,more than half of the chemical products use catalyst in their production processes.At present,many chemical industry production is still in a low degree of automation,and the raw materials used in the synthesis process of the catalyst are toxic or corrosive substances.In order to improve the production efficiency of the catalyst and ensure the operator works in safe environment,This project is based on the engineering project of CS-1-G gas phase catalyst in a chemical plant,scheming out a set of full-automatic monitoring system of CS-1-G catalyst alcohol-synthesis and synthesis processes.According to the control requirements of the project,deeply analyzing the technological process,the project puts forward a set of control scheme based on distributed control system(DCS).The system is divided into lower computer and upper computer.The lower computer adopts MDCS intelligent measurement and control compenents to complete alcohol-synthesis and synthesis processes automatic control of temperature,pressure,flow,batch and other important parameters.The upper computer communicates with the lower computer through the network card,FIX configuration software is used to realize the functions of human-machine interaction,real-time monitoring,fault alarm,historical curve and so on.In addition,the staff can also realize the switch between manual control and automatic control,parameter settings,fault location,print statements and other operations of the production process in the FIX monitoring interface.The full-automatic distributed control system of CS-1-G catalyst alcohol-synthesis and synthesis processes designed by this project has been put into operation in the chemical plant,the practice proves that the system is reasonable in design,the function is perfect and sufficiently completes the control requirements,ensuring that CS-1-G catalyst can run safely,stably and efficiently in the production process.
