Air quality has an extremely important influence on human development.In recent years,the haze pollution becomes increasingly serious in our country,the frequent haze pollution meteorology,people talk about haze,fog how governance become one of the most hot topic now,only understanding the reason of smog pollution,spread and propagation can better control haze pollution problem.Northeast region because of its unique natural geographical environment and social and economic development factors,heavy industry gathered,straw burning,frequent occurrence of haze pollution phenomenon has seriously affect the production and living of local residents.Therefore,this paper will analyze the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics and influencing factors of haze pollution in northeast China,and hope to provide a basis for relevant departments to control the regional air quality countermeasures.Based on the study of the existing literature,this paper first analyzes the natural geographical causes and socio-economic causes of haze pollution in northeast China.Then,the use of 36 cities in northeast China on January 6,2015 to June 3,2017 AQI index and air pollutants PM2.5 and PM10,CO and NO2,SO2,O3 and other indicators of a total of 880 day period air pollution data(a total of 880 * 36 * 7 = 221760),respectively in the time dimension and space dimension on analyzing the characteristics of air pollution in northeast China,and by using social network analysis and spatial econometric analysis to further explore the 36 cities network transmission characteristics of smog pollution and the characteristics of spatial agglomeration,on this basis,try to haze pollution in the northeast of propagation path were discussed;Then,from the perspective of air pollutants,QAP regression analysis was used to analyze the effects of PM2.5,PM10,CO,NO2,SO2 and O3 on the AQI index.Finally,from the perspective of social and economic use of space econometric analysis methods to analyze from the population,industry,real estate,car ownership,energy consumption and so on five aspects of economic and social development of AQI index.Study found that: first,the incidence of smog pollution in northeast China in recent years as a whole is on the decline,the fog haze pollution has obvious cyclical effect on the time dimension,including seasonal effect,the weekend effect,Spring Festival effect,etc.Second,in the northeast city complex haze pollution associated network,between different cities play a "character" is different,divided into haze pollution "overflow","mediation","accept" role.Third,the haze pollution in northeast China has obvious high-high concentration and low-low concentration.Fourthly,through the analysis of the transmission path of haze pollution in northeast China during the observation period,the route of haze transmission in this area is from liaoning province to heilongjiang province through jilin province.Fifth,from the perspective of air pollutants,it is found that fine particulate matter is the major smog pollutant in the region,and the influence of pollutants is PM2.5 >PM10> NO2,>O3,>,>,and >SO2.From the analysis of social and economic factors,it is found that the population,industrial production,the consumption of civil motor vehicles,coal consumption,real estate and urban construction have a positive influence on haze pollution.In view of the above research results,this paper puts forward: precise smog pollution air defense time;To establish the urban smog pollution prevention and control mechanism in northeast China;Implementation of "precision" haze pollution control;Scientific and effective monitoring of haze pollution data and application;We will follow the path of circular economy and realize new energy development and reform.Measures should be taken to strengthen the construction of laws and regulations on haze pollution control.
