The development of social economy promotes the improvement of the company’s overall business environment,and also improves the level of development of a company to a certain extent.The promotion of the company’s development level has brought new challenges to its management level,and the salary,as an important part of human resource management,is also facing the pressure of adjustment.At the same time,because of the improvement of the people’s overall living standard,the employees in the new era are no longer satisfied with the traditional organizational reward,that is,the traditional salary system can not have an ideal incentive effect to the employees.Based on this,this paper,taking YK food and drug packaging Co.,Ltd.as a case,discusses how to optimize the salary system in the background of the development of the times and the company.The main contents of the research are as follows: first,the research background,purpose and significance,research status,research content and framework,research methods are introduced,the subject and the necessity of the research are clarifies.Secondly,the theoretical summary of compensation and related theories is carried out,and the main support for the subsequent research is to be provided.Thirdly,the present situation of the salary system of YK food and drug packaging Co.,Ltd.is analyzed,and the investigation of employee satisfaction is carried out.Then,the optimization design of the company compensation system is carried out,and the content of the design is discussed.At the same time,the implementation system of the new scheme is constructed;finally,the summary of the paper and the future prospect are carried out.Based on the theory of modern salary structure and the results of empirical analysis,and combined with years of experience in management posts,this paper takes the YK food and drug packaging company limited by the author as a case and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current salary system and optimizes the design of the salary system of the YK company.This article adheres to the combination of theory and practice to ensure the scientific,rigorous and logical research,in order to not only explore the compensation system suitable for the development of the company,but also enrich the theory of the salary system and contribute to the combination of theory and practice.
