| The aerospace initiating explosive device is an indispensable part of the space flight system.There are thousands of initiating explosive device works in a rocket.Because of the special application scenario,the aerospace initiating explosive device have three characteristics: firstly,the reliability level is extremely high,and the aerospace initiating explosive device is space grade products,which must be 100% reliable and zero defects.Secondly,there are a variety of different kinds of firework products,which sum total are more than 1200 kinds.Finally,aerospace initiating explosive device are explosives,which can be used only once.In order to ensure the zero defects of aerospace initiating explosive device,it is necessary to test every batch of products produced.The most effective test method is the ignition test.Aerospace initiating explosive device is disposable,so ignition test for all products is infeasible,the solution is using a limited number of ignition to reflect the overall quality.Therefore,it is necessary to minimize the interference factors of the test process.There are various kinds of aerospace initiating explosive devices,and the measurement parameters of different products are different,so the flexible requirements of the test system are very high.This topic comes from the project between the school of automation of chongqing university and a aerospace research institute,in view of the enterprise existing problems in the aerospace initiating explosive device testing process,developed a flexible testing system for the performance of aerospace initiating explosive devices.This article mainly completes the following work:Firstly,the existing problems in the testing process of fire products in enterprises is analyzed,looking up the information and consulting the enterprise to develop a solution,the requirements of test system from hardware and software is analyzed,combined with the reform principle of the enterprise,the design of the overall scheme of the system is completed.Secondly,according to the overall design scheme of test system the selection of measuring instruments is completed and the design of the matrix switch hardware and controller programming is completed,the problem of test system interactions with the data of the instruments and equipment is solved,the equipment management interface and matrix switch control interface is completed.In order to implement the test system personnel equipment information,test process data and test result data is stored.Finally,the automatic configuration method of matrix switch channel is proposed,data modeling is conducted for channel configuration problem,automatic configuration algorithm is researched and realized,realizing the automatic configuration of the switch channel and verifying the result.After completion of the system design,debugging and testing,the system can realize test process control,measuring instrument control,data automatic storage and other functions.All the functions and non-functional indexes of the system can achieve the expected goal,and user interface symbol user usage habits.At present,the performance flexible testing system for aerospace fire products has been delivered to the enterprise and put into use. |
